1. Google Forms will be accepting submissions starting from 6 PM on February 6th. Any requests received before this time will be invalidated.

2. Once you receive a confirmation email after submitting, please send the requested amount to the designated staff. If you fail to do so within 6 hours of receiving the message, your request may be pushed to the last in line, so please be mindful of this.

3. Please be cautious, as if all tables in the candidates are fully booked or if the same team applies for the same table multiple times, your request may also be pushed to the last in line.
